How to manage your clouds recycle bin


Air Explorer has added the Recycle Bin support for Google Drive, Mega, Box, Yandex and PCloud.

The Recycle Bin is a special folder where cloud files go when you delete them, before being permanently deleted. When the file remains in the recycle bin it is easy to restore.

Clicking right buotton on a file or folder in the Recycle Bin, you can choose to delete it permanently, restore it or completely empty the trash.

In Google Drive and Mega, you have the option to move the files to the trash when they are deleted (enabled by default) or permanently delete. If you want to permanently delete, you have to unselect the option in the Parameters window.

Sharepoint file manager and synchronization tool


Air Explorer works with the most important clouds like Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, Mega, Naver, etc. It also supports the clouds of Microsoft, Onedrive, Onedrive for Business and now Sharepoint Online.

You can manage your files in your Sharepoint account with Air Explorer, copy and paste files, create and rename folders, search and make backup.

To start working with Sharepoint just add your account in Air Explorer.

Once the account is added, you can open Sharepoint in a window and start managing your files.

Air Explorer allows you to copy and paste files, rename and create folders, search files in Sharepoint and also recover versions of files and share them.

In addition, Air Explorer allows you to add several Sharepoint accounts, with one software you can work with all your accounts, even exchange files between accounts or synchronize between them. And, synchronizations can also be done with other accounts such as Onedrive, Google Drive or other servers.

Thanks to the synchronization function you can schedule synchronizations to create regular backups of your computer, Sharepoint or other cloud accounts.

With the Search function you can search multiple Sharepoint sites in a unified way and review the results on the screen of multiple tabs.

View your Shared Drives in Air Explorer


Shared Drives or Google Team Drives is a enterprise storage management system that allows to share spaces to teams, they can store, search, and access their files anywhere. Remember you need a G Suite account to use Shared Drives.

When you add your Google Drive account to Air Explorer, your Shared Drive units will appear in the program. If you already had an account and join a Shared Drive, you do not have to do anything, you can see it directly in Air Explorer.

Amazon Cloud Drive support discontinued


On November 8th, 2019, 2019 Amazon Cloud Drive support discontinues and Air Explorer won’t access to Amazon Cloud Drive anymore.
Amazon is discontinuing its Cloud Drive API for 3rd party applications such as Air Explorer. Therefore Amazon Cloud Drive users will have to use the original Amazon apps to access Amazon Cloud Drive.
If you prefer to continue using Air Explorer to manage your files, you can move your data from Amazon Cloud to another cloud provider that Air Explorer supports. You can easily move your data to another cloud using Air Explorer before November 8th.
The full message from Amazon is here:”On November 8, 2019, AirExplorer’s integration to the Amazon Drive API will be discontinued. Customers of Amazon storage will continue to have access to their content through our first party applications for Amazon Photos and Amazon Drive. Please make arrangements to discontinue all traffic to the Amazon API before November 8, 2019.”

New search feature in Air Explorer

With Air Explorer you can manage your clouds, copy and paste files between clouds, synchronize folders, make backups,… Now, we have improved the search feature. You can look for all kind the files with the search tool in all the clouds. In this version, you can search in only one folder making your searches faster.

In the Search window you can see the result of your search.

Also, you can do multiples searches and see them thanks to the tabs system.
